So the team has just about 2 months until we head to the land of the donkeys and sombreros!!!! Yahooooo. So we had a meeting last weekend and we did a lot of team building.
For one of the team building activities we had to write some things that may keep us from doing God's work in Mexico and them the youth leader Geoff read them aloud and them crupmled them and put them in the middle of a giant rectangle. So this rectangle became a mind field. We had to get a partner that we didn't know and they had to direct us through the field. My partner was this guy named Justin... he is pretty cool. And we made it through without hitting any mines!!! Yeah!!!! BUt we learned a lot through it. Like having to listen to a voice in the mix of a lot of others. And without out listening we can easliy fall. This showed us a lot and we just had a great time getting to know the team.
So a financial update is that we as a team are about half way done paying. Yup!! Very exciting.
